Sales: Business Development Manager

Qualification Requirements

Technical or General Sales Background is preferred. DW Security is willing to train the right candidate with a strong sales background or industry field experience. Must have good communications skills and be comfortable meeting new people. A valid Driver’s license and clean driving record with a successful background check will be required before acceptance of the position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales objectives and goals, proactively driving new business
  • Consultative Sales approach and the ability to articulate technical solutions that add value to
    our customers
  • Customer Appointments, phone calls, networking, promotional events, written correspondence,
    cold calling and provided leads to prospect and develop opportunities
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and funnel management
  • Excellent oral and written customer interaction skills
  • Manage the overall relationship between the customers, functions, and organization at all levels
  • Educate clients regarding company’s products and technologies
  • Translate customer requirements and manage customer expectations using superior communication skills
  • Keep abreast of technological and product updates and changes ongoing. Conduct product
    demonstration with support from ownership and manufacture representatives.

Alarm Installation Technician

DW Security is seeking a full-time Alarm Installation Technician to join our growing Family. Entry-Level
to Experienced is desired and all will be considered.

Qualification Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic components.
  • General computer knowledge.
  • Valid license with a clean driving record.
  • Clear Background check.
  • Mechanically inclined and able to work with hand and power tools.
  • Safety minded.
  • Troubleshooting methodologies.
  • Self-motivated and willing to learn.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Able to lift at least 50 pounds and carry ladders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installation of Alarm systems to include Fire Alarm, Card Access, IP Video, Intrusion Systems.
  • Train customers on the use of the systems.
  • Connect with the office to update job status and customer information.
  • Work according to Blueprints and paperwork for installation and design of Alarm Systems.
  • Work with the Sales Department.
  • Maintain on-site customer relationships.
  • On-going training and product knowledge.
